Connecting Waters: Sketching the Santa Cruz River

Join the Sonoran Institute, and artist, Maria Renee, along the Santa Cruz River for a sketching workshop. Participants will learn about the Santa Cruz, be guided to hone their observation skills of the natural landscape, identify a composition, practice various drawing techniques, and create work inspired directly from the river. Any skill level is welcome, and basic materials will be provided; open to adults only.
