When
Landing Place celebrates the continuous creativity in and along the Santa Cruz River, a living riparian "highway" of ecological and human history. Join us at the river's heritage flow near Tucson's Birthplace to observe and make art with water currents, riverbed/bank habitat, plant and animal life, and more. Work in any medium. Bring a sketchbook and materials. Some materials provided for a loosely guided activity or work on your own. Free and open to all, all levels encouraged, no registration required.
Sundays, 11am to 1pm, October 12, November 23, and December 7
Event hosted by Maxie Alder, Kimi Eisele, and Kat Sacoman
Event in collaboration with Reconciliation on the River and TBOSC
