Reviving a River: Planning for a Living Middle Santa Cruz

The Sonoran Institute has unveiled a science-based plan to reintroduce surface water to the middle reach of the Santa Cruz River using treated effluent from the Green Valley Water Reclamation Facility. This initiative aims to create at least 0.75 miles of flow.
